Todd L. Cranford is the Head of Government Affairs & External Relations for the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF), the non-profit organization that oversees the activities of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the Governmental Accounting Standards Board.  Mr. Cranford has more than 20 years of financial services experience in both private and public-sector roles, including senior roles with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., Patton Boggs LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs), the House Financial Services Committee and the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.  He also served as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Anna Diggs Taylor.Mr. Cranford earned his A.B degree from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Columbia Law School
